Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. If you would like to exchange or return your Limitless Slides®, please email us with your order number at returns@shopiamlimitless.com.  Please let us know if you would like to exchange for a different size/color, or if you would like to credit your original form of payment. We will provide a shipping label and instructions for your return.

Please try on your slides while indoors only.  Slides worn outdoors, or that are damaged in any other way, are ineligible for return/exchange.

Once we receive your slides, we will ensure they are eligible for exchange or credit.  We will promptly process the exchange/credit within 10 business days, or we will contact you if the slides are ineligible.
