To initiate a return or exchange for your Limitless Slides®, simply reply to your order confirmation email or email us at orders@shopiamlimitless.com with your order number. Let us know if you’d like to exchange for a different size or color, or if you’d prefer a refund to your original form of payment. We’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.

Important: Please try on your slides indoors only. Slides that are worn outdoors or show signs of damage will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Once we receive your slides, we’ll inspect them for eligibility. If approved, your exchange or refund will be processed within 10 business days. If we find them ineligible, we’ll reach out to discuss next steps.
